Shipping information
Shipping charges – Italy
Shipments in Italy are made through SDA Courier (or DHL). Shipping costs are free of charge (8€ for orders under 50€) throughout Italy, except when differently specified. Mampieri Fashion Centre offers to its clients possibility to use the Time Defined service in order to ship with assurance of the arrival at destination within the time established by the service selected: premium 09:00 hours; premium 10:00 hours; premium 12:00 hrs.
Delivery will take place within the selected time on the second working day following the withdrawal. As required by the laws governing trade, all shipments made by Mampieri Fashion Center are accompanied by official bill declaring the value of individual items in euros. For articles on sale the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
Shipping charges - Abroad
Shipments abroad are made through FedEx Courier (or DHL). For EU countries orders whose value-in a single transaction-exceeds 500 Euro are shipped free of charge. For Non-EU countries whose orders-value in a single transaction- exceeds 1000 Euros are shipped free of charge. As required by the laws governing trade, all shipments of Mampieri Fashion Center are accompanied by an official bill that declares the value of individual items in euros. For articles on sale the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
Date of shipment
Orders are shipped by Mampieri Fashion Centre, from Olevano Romano, from Monday to Friday 9.00-12.30 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting from the next Monday morning.
Items available: immediate shipment
Orders are shipped on the first working day following the day when the order was made after confirmation of availability of goods and verification of your bank details. Credit card will be charged on the day of shipment. We wish to remind to our customers that the order must receive a final check by the bank; this means that the Bank handling our orders will attempt to contact your bank to ensure that your account details are confirmed and it is possible can then to proceed with the shipment. Such verification could cause some delays in the shipment of your first order.
Order status
Clients can receive information about the status of ordered goods directly on the control panel of own personal profile.
Shipment Traceability
At the time of the order shipment, Mampieri Fashion Centre sends to customers an email containing the shipping number provided by SDA or DHL. Customers can follow the status of your order directly on the control panel of own personal profile. The web page that appears will show the exact and updated movements of your shipment.
Shipping Insurance
Shipments made by Mampieri Fashion Centre can be ensured against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination the insurance loses its validity.
Authorized shipment delivery
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing a "proof" of delivery of the shipment. Mampieri Fashion Center goods are carefully packaged. If for any reason the package appears tampered or if the tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt in reserve, or refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering, customers are asked to... ... ....
If for any reason the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer in the commercial contract, the parcel risks to be returned to sender at the customer's expense. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the customer from Mampieri Fashion Centre.
Storage of shipment
In the event of non-delivery of the shipment, the day after SDA sends automatically to the sender (Mampieri Fashion Center) the document that reports the opening of the storage practice, indicating the reason for the non-delivery and the request for the release. Even the customer will have the ability to view the document that reports the opening of the storage practice directly on the control panel of the own personal profile. Mampieri Fashion Center reserves the right to request the return of the goods within 3 working days, in the absence of instructions by the end customer.
It is planned to have a maximum period of 15 days of storage at the nearest SDA Branch, storage costs shall be paid by the customer. We remind to our customers that the Dossier for the opening of the storage practice has a cost of 3.00 EUR for each shipment made. For all domestic and international services expenses for storage shall be paid by the client: from the 4th day of storage a minimum storage of 2.00 EUR will apply, from the 5th onwards a daily fees of 0.50 per day will apply.
Shipping documents
As required by international trade regulations, all shipments made by Mampieri Fashion Centre are dispatched from Olevano Romano with an official invoice stating the exact value in euros of items shipped. It is illegal to declare amounts lower than current ones, or request that articles are declared as gifts.
In-Store Pickup
Using the "Pickup In Store" service it is possible to purchase products that are viewed online and pick them up at the shop of reference by no later than 10 days from the date of purchase. We remind to customers that take advantage of the In-Store Pickup service that it is not possible to try product purchased online within the Boutique where the same is withdrawn. If the product does not conform it can be replaced within 10 working days from the date on which it was withdrawn through the usual procedure of return. The article purchased must be paid at the closing of the purchase transaction, it means online, and no amount can be paid at the Boutique. For products purchased using the Pickup In-Store is not possible to obtain the refund of the amount paid but, exclusively, replacement of one product with another product.
Payment information
Purchased article must be paid at the closing of the purchase transaction by credit card, by bank transfer, with Paypal or cash on delivery.
CREDIT CARD
Mampieri Fashion Center employs a secure electronic banking system provided by UnicreditBanca, it will be possible to make purchases using Visa, Mastercard, American Express. The amount of the order will be charged to customer's credit card only when the package will be ready for shipment.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Payment with cash on delivery allows you to order and pay directly to the carrier once the parcel is delivered. The cost of the service is € 6,00.
Obligations of the buyer
1. The Purchaser agrees and undertakes, once the purchase process online, the acknowledgment of the conditions of sale.
2. The information contained in these terms of sale have been already examined and accepted from the moment of purchase confirmation order, in order to fully satisfy the condition in the art. 52 and 53 of Decree 206 of 2005 (Consumer Code).
3. The buyer who agrees to buy online with mode 'of cash and cash on delivery' must communicate via email or fax any cancellation order total and / or partial, only before shipping the product. If the communication will not be 'made or will be made after the departure of the product, the buyer is obliged to support, fully responsible, the cost of transport, both outbound and return flights, and any storage costs incurred by the Fashion Center Mampieri

Where is located my order?
At the time of shipment of the order, Mampieri fashion centre sends you an email with the tracking number provided by SDA. You can follow the status of your order directly in the section "my orders" located at the bottom of the website. Registered users can view the complete history of orders (including information related to on-going order) and the displayed web page will show the exact and updated movements of the shipment.
Which payment method can I use?
By making a purchase on www.mampierimoda.it you will have the option of paying by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express), PayPal (easy and safe allows you to pay with the same credit card data using an e-mail address), bank transfer. Please indicate your order number in the bank transfer or cash on delivery note (available for orders of less than € 500 with an extra fee of € 6.00).
In which countries are deliveries possible?
Shipments are carried out worldwide on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid - Delivery goods customs clearance). In this case all duties and taxes are charged to the customer who, upon receipt of the goods, will carry out customs clearance. Mampieri Fashion Centre offers to its customer all friendliness and efficiency in order to solve any kind of problem that may arise in relation to products supplied and shipped. Of course for any defect or anomaly that may be arising out of products that you have bought, you can contact Mampieri Fashion Centre using contact details provided.
Does it exist a Mampieri Fashion Centre product catalog?
The continuous renewal of offered products does not allow to make a veritable catalogue of products.

Returns and refund
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, items not yet worn can be returned for size exchange, article exchange or refund within 10 days from the receipt of the goods.
Return instructions:
1. To request return authorization, Client must send a request to the email address info@mampierimoda.it within 10 days of receipt of the order. E-mail must contain clearly specified codes of the items you are returning and desired compensation: size change, color change, item change or refund. Upon receipt of the request for return, Mamperi fashion centre will send a written confirmation to the customer, containing a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N).
2. Refund SHALL BE CARRIED OUT with PosteItaliane using the waybill letter contained in the order pack. The PosteItaliane waybill letter shall be compiled as reported in the authorization e-mail received by the Mampieri Fashion Center Return Department. The withdrawal is bookable through the PosteItaliane Call Center number 803.160.
3. For return made to change size/goods of equivalent value or greater, the return shipping will be free of charge. It is allowed to have only one good return for free for each authorized return.
4. When returning for refund, return shipping is at customer's expense. Cost of return shipping is 10 euros and this will be deducted from the final refund amount due.
5. Return of goods must be received at the Mampieri Fashion Centre within 10 days after the written authorization has been sent to the customer by the Return Department.
Terms and conditions:
The security seal on returned articles must not be cut or broken. The goods must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any sign of use. Each good must be returned with all labels, packaging and original accessories (Dustbags, hangers, cloth covers etc.) received together with the order. All shoes and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered to all rates an integral part of the product itself and that should not have been in any way damaged and/or altered, nor used as the outer packaging.
In the event that customer receives defective material, or shipping errors occur made by the Mampieri Fashion Centre, is required to follow the same instructions reported above. Mampieri Fashion Center reserves the right to request photographic evidences before authorizing returns for defective goods and take charge of the shipping costs to return the goods at his own premises.
Swimsuits and underwear (Bikini, slip, boxer, etc.) must be tested and worn over own personal underwear. Return of such items will be refused and sent back to the client in case the transparent hygienic protective label was removed, or if the goods show signs of use. All items returned are subjected to inspection by the Mampieri Fashion Centre and must meet all the parameters listed in the return procedure. Mampieri Fashion Center reserves the right to evaluate a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods in cases where the return is not compliant to all the terms and conditions required by our policy.
